Door Buster got me into the store. I needed to make a larger purchase. Everything was nicely organized and clean. Carmelita checked me out, ordered an item not available, added 25% off, set me up with a cc for further savings and an additional percent off for adding the app. She was patient and kind. I’d forgotten how much I like this store.

I have been here a couple times with my mother. She always buy beautiful outfits for my baby in here. I have not been able to look in every corner of the store yet. It kind of gives me a Macy’s vibe . Found some nice dresses and some cute outfits for my baby. I will be back to see if it is a winner 🥇 to my list of favorite stores. …

In returning to the store about a month later. I was a bit underwhelmed as I was not able to find as many wear-worthy deals as I did last time. But what I do appreciate is finding items that I put back last time. They're in different places, and with different prices, sometimes good, sometimes not. ************* I didn't even know this store existed. Walked in like...WOW!! *Looking around in amazement* A whole department store!! I spent a little bit, and I'm pleased with what I bought!

My wife and I went to Belk for the first time the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The store was very clean and organized, and the employees out on the floor were very helpful. We were able to locate the item we found online, and while we were there, we purchased some additional goodies. The prices were amazing!!! We will definitely shop there again.

I visited this store today to return some boots and I did not find an associate around the purse and shoe section. Me and another customer were waiting for 30 minutes. Then I found Esperanza an associate who was very helpful and kind. She helped me with a few items and she helped me save a few dollars. I didn’t intend to come back to this store but because of Esperanza’s, I will return. She definitely knows how to keep a customer. Her professionalism was outstanding.

I really deeply appreciate the employee named Paris ✅ she was extremely helpful and educated . One older lady made me uncomfortable Follow me around the store. Didn’t ask any questions and she was a employee❌ But this employee I would definitely return next time. To show my big thanks again, but overall it’s not a bad place to shop. The deals are worth it y’all around this time of year .

The team at this location are second to none! They go above and beyond to provide exceptionsl customer service. They also carry some exclusive brands like Crown & Ivy and Kim Rogers, that I absolutely love.

Visited this Belk store for the first time and happy to share our experience was awesome! Lots of options, well organized & clear Sale sections for all! The staff is really friendly. Definitely worth visiting this location as they have limited stores in DFW area.

I had a terrible experience with Belks online customer service, so bad that I closed my credit account with no interest to shop Belks again. As a last resort, I took my online item for return to the store in Euless and had a great experience with the manager and customer service staff. They processed my return and addressed my concerns. It was much appreciated!

I always have the best experience when I shop at the Euless location. The staff is always very kind and ready to help. I want to say thank you specifically to Vilma. She was helping me with everything I needed and made the experience of paying 10 times better! I 100% recommend this store!
